What we do and do not do

Lusazi Consultancy Ltd is a healthcare facilitation service. We do not provide medical treatment or medical advice. All clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment are carried out by independent, accredited healthcare providers, and clinical decisions rest with your treating doctors.

Nothing on this website is medical advice. Please speak to your own doctor before making any decision about your health or about travelling for treatment. All treatment carries risk, and results vary between people.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry through the website does not create a contract between you and us. A contract for any service exists only when we have agreed its scope, costs and terms with you in writing.

Any costs shown or discussed before that point are estimates. We will agree costs with you before you commit to travel or treatment.

Accountancy

Information on our Accountancy pages is general and is not tax, legal or financial advice for your circumstances. Tax rules change and depend on individual facts.

We do not promise any tax outcome, such as a lower bill or a refund. Any work for you starts only when we have agreed the scope and fee with you in writing.

Independent providers and other websites

Hospitals, clinics, doctors and other providers we introduce you to are independent of us and are responsible for their own services. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

Using the website
