Who we are

Lusazi Consultancy Ltd ("Lusazi", "we", "us") is the controller of the personal information described here. We are based in Rochester, Kent, United Kingdom.

What we collect, and why

When you send an enquiry we collect only what the form asks for:

• Your full name and email address, so we can reply.
• Optionally your phone or WhatsApp number and country of residence.
• Whether your enquiry is about Medical Tourism or Accountancy, your area of interest, your preferred contact method and, for Accountancy, your business type.
• Your message, if you write one.
• The time you agreed to this notice.
• A scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address. We use it only to limit repeat submissions. We do not store the address itself, and we cannot work back from it to the address.

We use this to reply to your enquiry, to discuss the services you asked about and to keep the form safe from spam and misuse. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell it.

Please do not put medical records or financial documents in the form. If your message includes information about your health, see "Health information" below.

Health information

Information about your health is special category data under UK GDPR. The form does not ask for it. If you choose to describe a health matter in your message, we treat that as your explicit consent to us reading it and using it to answer your enquiry. You can withdraw that consent at any time, and we will delete the message.

Our Medical Tourism service is a facilitation service. If you go on to use it, we will explain what further information is needed, how it will be handled and who it will be shared with before we ask for it.

Our lawful bases

• Consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)): you tick the consent box before sending an enquiry. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)): for any health information you choose to include in your message.
• Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): keeping the website and form secure and limiting spam. This is limited to the hashed internet address and the security check described below.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 12 months from the date you send them, then deleted. If you become a client, we will give you a separate notice that covers the records we keep for that work and for how long.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry earlier at any time.

Who handles your information for us

We use a small number of providers to run the site. They act on our instructions:

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website, stores enquiries in its D1 database, and runs the Turnstile security check that tells people from automated programs. This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies, so it does not show a cookie banner.
• Resend (Resend, Inc., United States) delivers our email. It carries the notification we receive at our business inbox and the confirmation copy we send to you, so it handles your name, email address and the details in your enquiry while the message is delivered.

We do not share your enquiry with anyone else unless you ask us to, or the law requires it.

Transfers outside the UK

Cloudflare runs a global network, and Resend is based in the United States, so your information may be processed in countries outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards UK GDPR allows, such as the UK extension to the Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses with the UK addendum.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
• ask us to correct anything that is wrong
• ask us to delete your information
• ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to a use that relies on legitimate interests
• ask for the information you gave us in a portable format
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it

Complaints

Changes to this notice

If we change how we use your information we will update this page and the date above.
